Order acceptance

We accept orders submitted via website, email or fax. After confirming the order, we will process it as soon as possible and send you the order confirmation information.

Price and terms of payment

All prices are in US dollars, excluding shipping and taxes. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Western Union.

Transportation and delivery

The products will be shipped according to the time required by the customer and the freight will be borne by the customer. If necessary, we can provide freight insurance service. We will do our best to deliver the goods on time, but due to factors beyond our control in terms of manufacturing, transportation and customs clearance, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. If the goods are delayed due to our reasons, we will be responsible for compensation.

Product quality and warranty

The products we sell have been rigorously tested and meet international standards. If there is a quality problem in the products you receive, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Our products all offer a warranty period of more than one year, the specific time depends on the product type. During the warranty period, if the product breaks down or is damaged, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Returns and refunds

If the products you receive have quality problems, we will replace or refund them as soon as possible. If you need to return or refund the goods, please contact us within 90 days after receiving the goods to provide relevant supporting materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. If the reason of return is our responsibility, we will bear the cost of return and reasonable liability for compensation.

Termination of agreement

If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to immediately terminate our agreement with you and take the necessary legal action. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and any dispute shall be submitted to a Chinese arbitration institution for settlement.

Signing qualification

By using our website or submitting an order to us, you confirm that you have the right to enter into a legal agreement and that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a transaction agreement independently. If you enter into an agreement on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have the right to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that company or organization.

Transfer

You may transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions with our written consent, provided that you provide supporting documents and transaction details. If you transfer this Agreement without our permission, such transfer is null and void.
